im currently lvl 41, i planned on hitting 60 and parking but now ive become intrigued. i plan on going enh for tbc and i only like to pvp. whats the best spec gear i should farm for? ty

If you Get exalted with AV for the 2H mace and grind to Rank 10 to get the 6-piece PVP set, plus the Tier 0.5 bracers and belt, you’ll be all set for TBC.
You could grind to Rank 14 for better gear, but if your intention is to just wait for TBC, Rank 10 PVP gear w/ The Unstoppable Force is fine for when the Dark Portal opens and the gear is replaced with quest items and Ramparts/Blood Furnace drops.
Just wait to get r14 gear as enh going into TBC. The 2 1h weapons are goated early TBC. Unfortunately you probably won’t be taken to any raids as enh in classic, but thankfully they changed the rank system to help off meta classes gear.
Hate to break it to you but shammys are not great for PvP. They are glad viable, but your comp selection will be very limited. It’s ret/resto for 2s and ret/resto/warrior for 3s. I think there was 1 glad rsham/war glad comp in TBC classic too.
In PvE though you’ll never lose out on a raid spot, people will beg you to join even if you parsed grey. But seems like you aren’t interested in PvE at all.
If you don’t like PvE at all, almost all of warlock’s PvP bis is PvP gear. You’ll miss out on some BiS trinkets from not raiding, but these are optional all things considered, the dps trinket from heroic dungeon badges is good enough.
