Any suggestions or class recommendations? Around 270ms right now

DH seems like the perfect class for high latency. A box turtle with a Commodore 64 could play a DH to duelist in 2s.

Yes, on several classes.
I live in SE asia and connect as you do and I average around 200ish MS sometimes a bit lower but never much. Higher ends can be 220-250.
It’s just how it is.
