You have to grind rep with Stormpeaks faction to buy repair mammoth . They should either buff the rep grind or put the mount in Dalaran straight IMO.
I am for selling the repair/bank/ah fairydragon in the shop that appears after dreamsurge and there wouldn't be loads of big mounts pve around.
