I mentioned those already.

Barely a questline - it was really just a dungeon/raid collection quest.

Part of the 7.0 campaign quests, no different from Shadowlands

Like what? The Withered training? I remember a lot of people hating that when it was live.

Look, I enjoyed Legion, but the way people put it up on a pedestal is ridiculous.

exactly that sounds amazing

because u randomly jumped into a argument with another poster where we were talking about legion having unique content

you’re ranting on random things and yes legion deserves to be a on a pedestal

bfa and shadowlands are trash in terms of content

This is a public forum bud, you don’t get to have private conversations here.

You made a statement I disagreed with, and I called it out. I’ve yet to see you properly support it.

I don’t do group content, play every day, and I never run out of things to do. I’m still not done with Ogri’la… Of course, my play style is not everyone else’s.

this is a public forum but you gotta stop acting like u are entitled to a response just because you jump in you don’t deserve any answers just because u say so

While avoiding the other 85% of content that was released with SL

If m+ didn’t exist pretty sure the game would essentially be dead.

“Because legion had so much unique and non-repeatable content which respected players and gave them new things to do that it was considered to be one of the greatest expansions in wow”

Nothing in Legion was like that. Class halls is about the best you got there and played no actual importance past the quests. In fact, artifact power completely DISRESPECTED players by giving them a literal endless bucket to fill where every missed opportunity was forever lost “progress” that set you behind those who didn’t miss it. Your artifact weapons didn’t make you feel any more special or worthy since every other schmuck had it too and everyone got the same perks to unlock too.

The zone quests were fine. They told a story same as SL zones did. At least SL zones had a progressive story and not just 4 random storylines that didn’t have any cohesion. The 4 covenants are their plights certainly are more interesting than Maya and her worthless moose friends coming together.

Treasures were nearly all essentially slivers of artifact powers you were better off avoiding and saving for when your research caught up so you got more. What else is there that Legion had that was so unique and special and way better than anything else?

funnily enough people don’t realize m+ and world quests were released in legion the expansion which already had too much content

I mean okay, but why say something if you can’t back it up?

i can already tell u are objectively wrong simply due to facts of legion having more unique content

“they told a story” is not the same as they had more effort put into telling the story and more effort into making more questlines

you are wrong

bro there’s something wrong with the way you randomly jump in and complain about “why is this guy not responding and how can i stop people from posting if they dont respond to me”

If that’s how you feel, just don’t respond to people you don’t want to talk to. There is literally nothing you can do to stop people from contributing to a conversation you are having, on a public open forum. It’s as simple as that.

That sounds like a fairly accurate statement.

you are responding to the wrong person it was briselody who said:

“You made a statement I disagreed with, and I called it out. I’ve yet to see you properly support it.”

and check her post after that:

“I mean okay, but why say something if you can’t back it up?”

that person is demanding attention not me

It’s really not.
If you think developers don’t care if you stop playing after a month and to go play a different game, you’re dead wrong. Whether you like it or not, they are looking for increased monetization and they can’t really achieve that if you’re playing other games.

I’ve always felt like things such as this as a sense of entitlement(yes, even in games).

When I see this compaint of "nothing to do " It reminds me of my Dad’s old saying.

" Some have what’s called a gimmie,gimmie,get syndrome".

You’re not comparing apples to apples. A lot of the story quests were available at launch. We’re talking about a X.2 patch right now. Not the same thing.
