Player models are now physical and cannot be clipped through by other players. How much chaos, insanity, and trolling occur with in the first hour? Go.

There’s already historical gaming precedent for this. When Everquest first released, players didn’t clip and people playing the larger races like Ogres and Trolls would follow smaller races until they caught them in a corner and trap them. Often emoting immature and gross things at them. We’d see that again.

If it worked in major cities the game would almost be unplayable since they could just block critical NPCs.
But even if it didn’t it would be a total 
show with melee in raids.

I dunno, boot up TF2 and find a server with more than two players.
At least a brutasaur couldn’t be sitting on the mailbox or flight path guy - or anyone else with a huge mount!!
Tera had this. However in that game pvp was against anyone so if a low level was in your way you just flagged for pvp and one shot them.

Putting aside open world trolling, it would make melee even less desirable for instanced content than they already are. Even organized PvP would start hating to have melee around. Hard pass.

It would be a disaster, I remember having this occur back when I played EQ and it only lead to issues.
Would be terrible. Imagine raiding and then hear “why the F did you block me? are you stupid?”
Would be more realistic, but people would block each other, maybe not purposely (but they would too) but it would be a major issue for a lot of the player base. Would be fun to hold choke points in Epic BGs though "FORM A WALL!"

So i went ahead and checked that out in the game because i’m the curious type. Dashed though every player i can see and i can clip though the players just fine. I’m gonna check on the PTR in a bit as well. Still clipping though like it’s WoW on there as well.

They would find other ways of being obnoxious tools. Brutasaurs are the worst mount blizz has ever made just because of how annoying people are with them by blocking mission tables, flight points, mailboxes, etc… Every time I see someone on a brutasaur I want to punch said person in the face with a coal shovel just on general principal.

You know, at first I always tried to use these guys - thought it would be helpful for them. But, nowadays the second you use them to transmog or repair they run away or turn back into a person before you can do anything else. So, I stopped using them. 50% rude snobs

Ogre sitting in front of the doorway to the bank in Kelethin and goes /afk for the day; nobody can get in our out. Have to wait for the GM.
