Here is a thought experiment for you.
Say your local courts signed into law a fine that stated:
“Any person(s) who are found to be intentionally disrupting traffic shall be held liable for any damages occured”
This kind of fine would apply to someone who decided to stand in the middle of the road, deliberately, which causes grief for all other users of the road.
If you are not doing such a thing yourself, the fine would never affect you. That is the same thing that’s happening with the suspension wave. The only people who have incurred account action are those who have deliberately caused grief to a M+ run. These changes do not affect most players who are normal and reasonable people.
You are still free to leave M+ keys when severe misplay has occured.
