I imagine it’s what we already have but that’s restricted to 2400+, which is a number on your rank emblem (think a #1250 on top of your Duelist in 2v2 to the left of your actual rating, which is 2100), and/or in the mouseover tooltip.
Unless you mean the implications of non-shuffle spec leaderboards.

Hopefully they will also add a way to indicate whether you are in r1 cutoff range. Would be insane to actually have a consistent way to know.
