Depends where you play I feel. I’m on Proudmoore, and I see other players constantly out in the world. It gets even more populated in War Mode oddly enough.
I think War Mode is still server-specific, so Proudmoore being overwhelmingly Alliance means Alliance players leveling a new toon feel pretty safe doing it War Mode for the XP bonus since they’re unlikely to get kill-camped by Horde when just trying to level up faster.
Converse is true on overwhelmingly Horde servers, like Thrall or Illidan.
Some smaller servers are joined as connected realms (like Duskwood & Bloodhoof) while mega servers like Proudmoore & Thrall are not connected to any other servers. If you do see players from different realms in WM on a mega server, I’m surprised, but I don’t doubt your word as I haven’t touched WM since BFA.
If WoW’s system had none of your picks it would still be popular, if it was done right. If its a train wreck as some of their special systems turned out to be, then nothing will save it.
Yep! I own about a dozen properties in ESO. One of my favorites is Moon Sugar Meadow, which starts off as a very large meadow with a large water feature (river) and has no housing on the property when you first buy it. I built an elevated fishing lodge above a bend in the river using some Summer Greenhouses. If you jump in off the back deck, you land in Slaughterfish
Another of my properties is one of the in-town small apartments close to the bank and Guild Traders. I turned it into a steamy bathhouse with vines on the walls that have the glowing blue flowers. After a battle, it’s nice to get freshened up
My main is an Argonian Dragonknight named Thinks-He’s-a-Dragon.
I put my sub on hold to come back to WoW pre-TWW… I’m beginning to miss ESO and their system where you can use any weapon you want and any class can be any role. I love the fact of only having 5 skills and an Ultimate available at any one time rather than the button bloat we have in WoW… Dangit, now I’m starting to think about renewing my sub, lmao…
