Starting today I’ve been noticing my character will start moving on its own in any direction and I can’t control them or click my key binds. It happens for a few seconds and stops.
I recently got a new computer and plugged my keyboard into a usb 3.1 port, idk if this is relevant info but wanted to add it
Its possible your keyboard has a wonky connection. I had a usb mouse like that once that would click or move around on its own. My solution was to get a new mouse.
Does your PC have blutooth?
Reason asking is you may have something else connected up that is just randomly sending signals. I had that happen with the fiancé’s keyboard downstairs.

if your like mw ,my big fingers and small keys gets in in trouble at times when I accidentally hit the alt or control keys and sometimes all of them ,yeah i have to catch myself at times.
Maybe your keyboard key is sticking, mouse button issue or character awareness awoken.

More likely than not your keyboard or mouse has a movement button slightly pressed and is sensitive, resulting in slight movement akin to the Switch drift problem.
The simpliest way I’ve solved that is primitive but you can just shake the keyboard and mouse upside down for bit and that has solved the issue for me. Or you can get some canned air and blow them out to get whatever particle may be triggering the movement.
I had this issue leaving my joystick plugged in my computer. It would make my character spin
Maybe you should call exorcist cause obviously ghosts are playing pranks on you.
That’s my case, i have a sensitive key board it only take one slip and wee… off i go.
You don’t know how true that is especially where I live at.
I had a razor mouse that had the right click get so sensitive that it would sell stuff to a vendor if the cursor was hovering on it.
Happens to me sometimes aswell it kinda feels like you have gotten hacked and someone is controlling your character but then again both my mouse and keyboard survived for 5 years can you believe that so yea no wonder
Your keyboard is haunted.
I suggest burning some incense and offering prayers.
