As a connoisseur of the Forsaken, I would really like some gravestones, coffins, and gargoyles; Perhaps a morgue, alchemy lab, forge, or crematorium preset.
I want to have as much creative freedom outside my house as inside.

Player housing is the only reason I came back.
The only thing I can see, that they might not allow…stairs made of book shelfs. I want to make stairs, yes with gaps, out of the bookshelves so I can make my stairs into bookshelves for more books.

There’s so many things I would want XD. But I think the ones I want the most are the possibility to make the same starry ceiling as the one from the boss room of the Star Augur Aetreus from The Nighthold, and Sylvanas’ statue from Brill, the statue was the first thing I actually ever saw from the game when a friend sent me a screenshot. And the ability to place pets or even have npcs.

I think the big one for me is the ability to move to new districts if / when they get added. I like the concept art for Orgrimmar’s district, but I would rather be in Mulgore or Zandalar if those were options in the future.

- A mailbox. I don’t want anything related to progress, banking, or the auction house. This is a house and I can leave that house if I need to do any business. I would like to still get my mail at the front door.
- High ceilings. I want to create staircases that go up to the next level and give me bedroom space the same way we see at the taverns.
- A kitchen. I have no problem clipping items to make it appears though it’s a functional kitchen. I would still like to see very specific things like we see in the Tavern.
mostly, I just want to make sure that nothing is tied to professions or progression

nothing i already have a house with a BMAH a auction house vendors bank guild bank etc soo dont need another house
Mounting the heads of enemy players on your wall if you killed them 10+ times.
The concept of my alts just milling around the place seems cool. The aesthetic of the neighborhood looks promising from what the videos shown.

Would love an updated modern account wide garrison for all my toons to use that included housing and guild hall office. Guilds could have a separate place for a guild hall.
I want pathing for pets/mounts or even objects maybe?
In ESO you can put down a pet, mount or houseguest and set up a path for it to walk. It just makes a home feel more alive. Or if you want a magic book or broom to move around the house.
I know the houses are in a neighborhood so there is an outside, but I also hope we have outside areas of our homes where we can put gardens and stuff (or make rooms that are gardens/yards/etc.

Functional windows. Let me see what’s going on in the neighborhood, the time of day, and weather. Black Desert did it, WoW can do it with some tweaking of their phasing tech.

More than one house per faction per account. As a RPer, some of my characters would be sharing a house, others wouldn’t be. As it currently stands, my elves get a home, the rest of my characters get to be homeless. Not asking for like, a character cap level limit, but like, 3-5 per faction would be a decent range.

I want the neighborhoods to have a day/night cycle so we can use lighting.
I also want to be able to turn the lighting on or off and select color and brightness, and if we have a light cycle then being able to set a time for lights to come on/go off would be neat too.
Not gonna happen, but we can dream.

Bug fixes to the rest of the game and some actual QA on this.
The way they’ve been going, I can only imagine what character data are going to get irreversibly lost and the glorious hours and hours of unscheduled maintenance that are sure to follow this junk going live.
I just want to retire and have a stellar house.
Have done everything from early super high keys in M+ to mythic raiding. Just want to relax now. Could be the drunk-me talking.
Take me to somewhere comfy/pretty/HIGHLY customizable that I can share with my zero friends because people are total monsters and I’m in! That’s all I need!
