Keep trade chat out of player housing.

I’ll have to disagree on this one, there is no reason why we shouldn’t be able to communicate in our houses.

In order to avoid PH ending up like Garrisons all they need to do is:

1. Not have a mission table with the ability to generate gold.
2. Not be tied to player power in any way, shape, or form.
3. Not be tied to professions.

That’s it. Almost anything else can be added to houses and it won’t negatively affect the game.
