Played the Queen Ansurek story mode fight….it should just be the whole Raid

Might happen, they probably tested the water to see how many people would be interested by it. Personally I used it to complete the campaign on my alts to get the 619 crafting crest.

It’s not my favourite raid tbh. I would like to see some cooler looking raids in season 3, and in midnight

There kind of is though, why would I want to watch a video of some dude playing the game and explaining the story to me when I can experience it for myself.

I HAVE TO experience the story for myself, it means a lot more to me that way than it does having someone explain it to me. Besides, you can pick up more little details on your own than having some dude who’s giving you a summary.

I’m not against it, but I promise you… you didn’t actually miss any context or important story.

I did the same, I think five quests total for a crest to make a 619 piece was mega helpful for alts.

I think it’s likely we’ll see Follower Raids at some point in the near future. The tech is already in place, it could just be a matter of timing on releasing new features to the game.

They should just get rid of LFR and have a story mode that doesn’t give loot (or has a quest for a one time blue/purple). They should also get rid of mythic. Normal and heroic modes are fine. LFR adds very little zerging encounters with a bunch of bozos who don’t do mechanics. And the push for ridiculously complex mechanics in mythic to foster some kind of pseudo-esports environment takes up too much oxygen from the game development.

Guys they just want 1 long story mode instance of the raid. It’s not some random request to make a solo raid mode as some sort of viable source of gearing and gameplay, they just wanted to see the full story of the raid in that context.

My only issue with the idea OP is those of us who just wanted to get through the quest for the crest would need to full clear the entire story mode raid vs just killing 1 boss. If they could find a way to address that, I think that’d be cool for people who just want the rp story experience.

I’m going to guess most linguists would say that in English, “Impossible to Fail” is most certainly easier than a mode where it is possible to fail.
