470 ilvl arms warrior with 11% crit, 27% haste, 17% vers and 170% mastery using a 460 drest and vita trinket and 465 cut of death.
He was left at 1600 from start of season.
Q’d a few games at 1500-1600 and was mopped the flooor with lol. Just had no pressure, played against teams with full corruptions (gushing, haste, tendies etc) and my dmg which WAS good once upon a time had fallen way behind. I ended a game with dam near 100% uptime on 2.7mil dmg to the other melees 6.2mil with gushings and slightly better gear.
Can i be bothered farming echoes to get vers 3 on saturday? Hell no
Im not skilled enough to turn my 0 corruption arms warrior into an 1800-2k toon. Even at entry lvl ratings ppl are mythic geared and fully corrupted. Didnt run into a single low geared player at even 1500
just lfg players. You’ve been 2.1k. You should def be able to hit 1800 on Arms. Maybe it was just a bad day or something? Sometimes you will just get a bunch of ilvl 480 DH’s stuck at 1500 and it’s impossible to win but you should be able to get there.
On this toon im playing at 2k mmr, about to hit 1900 playing frost mage disc p. With 445 ilvl, 380k max hp (around 420k blaze it wiith fort). You should able to hit 2k provided you are good enough with 470 ilvl.
I could be wrong here but I think 2x trinkets with Vers is better, so is the PvP weapon that has 250 Vers. Your 2nd ring the Ritual Binder also favors haste instead of favoring vers, that’s another 150 lost potential Vers. Use either the Haste/Vers PvP ring, or the ring from Waycrest as 2nd ring.
Alchemy trinket, Gladiators Badge / Insignia are your best choices for big Vers boosts.
Once you replace these items and work on getting more sockets/corruptions your gear your character should feel better. Your current gear is extremely reminiscent of an early S4 meta, but a lot of stuff has changed since then.
Im coaching the priest, it’s his first season as priest but I main disc. Still it’s a comp that just does well into bad players with the poly and Mc spam into dampen.

I just dont see you as an undergeared mage beating geared locks. I kept facing super geared players at 1500 so you deffs are facing them at 1900+ and from what ppl say destro is “ez mode brain ded” so they cant be bad. How are you beating them?
DH and Destro are the 2 hardest matchups, against destro we just los like gods (since trading dmg is borderline impossible with my gear while spam polying him until 60-70% dampen and then we pray they are retarded and try to get a kill on a random poly on the healer.
Still cant see it happening man. If you wait for damp you are in a worse position than a geared lock is. Also apparently you cant get away from locks anyway. They force you out of pillars.
Based off what everyone thinks of destro in these forums i simply cant fathom how you can beat them as 2 undergeared players.
