Since it’s no longer BFA, but a considerable portion of players still want playable Sethrak, I think it’s do-able as playable Refti instead.
They’re that titan-forged race that’s a retexture of Sethrak.

Their loyalty is more to Tyr than anyone else. 
Nothing is impossible.
There are Naga Demon Hunters in the DH starting zone I think.
There were Illidari Naga but they aren’t performing demonic abilities like the Demon Hunters.

Yeah but it seems like to open up pallies to all races, they are going the route of pallies fighting for Tyr, meaning we could see pally Refti! I could be wrong though.

I’d rather just see the Sethrak playable, Refti are just “Titan slave race #465” with zero real information on them or any culture they might have beyond generic servitude.
I do wonder if they’ll make a connection and make it clear that Sethrak are Refti that got Curse of Flesh’d or if we’ll just move on from Dragonflight and forget they ever existed, and leave it assumed that the obvious similarities were coincidental.

The uncursed one could be done as a Dracthyr reskin, including having soar.
Both, with the body type toggle switching between them and slightly different racial sets.

I mean undead can technically be pallies via the darkfallen belf customization. And manari can be pallies via the manari customization. And both use holy light spells. Would be great if they did class skins.
