Play WoW and Workout at the Same Time?

Is it possible to play WoW and workout at the same time?

I wanna start working out again since I’ve been slacking lately but I also wanna play WoW (specifically grind mobs for rep). Are there any exercises I could do at my desk so I can continue the grind? :sweat_smile:

Kegels, if you count that.

Work your biceps by lifting tallboys from the desk to your lips.

Sit in the sqautting postion with no chair the entire time you play.

You can buy an under desk bike pedal thingy.
Its sorta like an exercise bike but lamer.

You could incorporate certain positive behaviors into your standard playtime, like catching flight paths and then doing push-ups/sit-ups while you wait to land, there’s a lot of data that suggests it’s a really good way to workout (short intense bursts).

Standing desk.

Heck, playing WoW without sitting all the time, and you’d see results within weeks.

I do this with multiple games including WoW, but most recently I’ve been doing it with Diablo 4.

I hook up an Xbox controller to my PC and I have a stair stepper. I then just play WoW while on the stair stepper. I can get my heart rate up to around 120-130 and it’s an easy way to get my 10k steps per day.

I imagine if you have a stationary bike, you can do that as well.

Sure run a key do 30 push ups, do another key, do another 30 push ups… and keep going do different things

With a controler it’s easy. I used to do it with D3 on ps4. But i dont see myself doing this on wow. Lol
Prefer to watch netflix on my bike

You could get on an excerise bike and try to accommodate a keyboard and monitor or a laptop

Queue for a dungeon/lfg and do some push ups on your chair. The angle from holding on your arm rests + being able to push down into your seat provide a great, simple workout.
