Cross promotions with classic? No, they never mentioned it.
They did say rewards earned in Classic wouldn’t carry over to retail accounts, but they never said they wouldn’t do promotions like this. More that you couldn’t farm something like T3 or ZG mounts for forever in Classic.

Finished it… how did I ever play this game back then? That was so horrible, oh my lord.
No offense to people who like that type of stuff - but it’s lacking sooooo many quality of life things.
And getting parried 6-10 times in a row with my skills was stupid. Lol.

Logged out right after turning the quest in to Varian, have the mount.
It was pretty damn horrible gameplay wise. People who are like “Wrath classes were so much better!” please no, never go into game design.

Right? Thankfully I did that questline so many times it was on autopilot, but I feel so bad for people without those memories.

Would people have to pay for a seperate subscription when installing wow classic wrath if they are wanting to get this new mount? Someone in current Wow said that isn’t the case. I’m asking just to make sure.
Nope, there is only one “WoW subscription”, you get access to both retail and Classic if you’re subscribed. And there’s no additional fee to play Wrath Classic.

I’m now installing Wow classic Wrath. Just to let you all know this will be the first time I’ve ever done classic wow. So which class do some of you recommend I lvl up to unlock the Death Knight for the mount?
Easy, OG DK here, got it already, thanks Blizz. You should not give it to people who are not DK mains since OG Wrath.
You don’t need to.
You can make the DK right now without having played classic before.
Edit: Do yourself a favor though, read the quests, and once you get your acherus charger, open the pet tab on your character screen.

See, this kind of comment is really annoying. There is no “right” way to play WoW. People play how they want to play. Some people want to top the leader boards. That’s great. Others just like to RP. That’s fine, too.
There are dozens of ways folks can enjoy WoW, and they don’t need someone telling them they’re doing it wrong.
