Plater Nameplates Help!

Could someone with good plater knowledge please help me. Every time we pull big in mythic plus (especially this week with explosive) my nameplates not only bounce around a lot but will eventually just stack to the top of the screen. Is there any option in plater to stop this from happening?

In the general settings, there’s an option for the nameplates to stack. If you uncheck that, it should make the nameplates be fully capable of just overlapping with one another given your point of view.

Like Shadina said you can uncheck the stacking option and let them overlap.
They will sometimes stack oddly depending on your angle of view also.
I cannot recall if there are settings for the spacing of the name plates, but adjusting the height of them may help a bit.
Depends how big you guys are pulling though.
Having them overlap may be sketchy on explosive weeks. Or in large pulls that require kicks on multiple targets.

Speaking of how big something is, personal standpoint - the plater default sizes of nameplates was way too big for me, which was causing an absurd amount of screen clutter, and name plates bouncing around. Shrinking the size of said nameplates and adjusting them proper might help.

However, coming from someone with 12 different plater profiles, this can be annoying if you’re like me.

There is a setting for spacing between namplates and I adjusted it so they are just barely touching one another but they still stack to the ceiling if the pull is big enough. Yeah there definitely is a good amount of clutter with plater but I don’t mind it, it’s just this bouncing around and going to the top of the screen that bothers me

Another option is to turn off the clamping or whatever it is called. (Not at my gaming pc, sry)
It will let then stack above the screen, but that could bite you on kicks and explosives as well.

I can try it out when I get on the comp. would happen to know where the option is located?
