Are the Plaugelands in lore at this time healed? i remember reading that they are or mostly healed at this point but Blizz never updated the old cata world so its still not healed in the game.

Except its not? At best the Forsaken has Andorhal. The rest is either occupied by the Argent crusade / Cenarian Circle alliance or remnants of the scourge and or Scarlet Crusade.

Plaguelands isn’t really Forsaken Lands. Argent Crusade owns them now.
