Door after kill Domina Venomblade stay closed, can’t finish the M+ (15+).

Just got out of the instance at a m+ 11 same issue as soon as Domina died door never opened.
We had around 90%

Just lost a +15 key to this a couple minutes ago. That’s just straight up sad.
Same. Tried pulling extra mobs, but no luck. The door stays shut.
Same issue, Killed Domina and the door stayed closed. Was in a Plaguefall 19…

same man rip key and ever getting tinket.
This is absolutely ridiculous. This dungeon has been out for more than 9 months and to waste a key that would have been 2 chested is abysmal at best. I understand stuff happens but literally thats almost an hour down the drain because blizz cant get their ducks in a row. This needs to be fixed especially for the people who lost keys due to this crap.

i agree its a waste of time and im betting customer support is gunna be like oh good luck try again we cant do anything about it

Nope, they have the tools. If i would have timed it they can give me the loot. We had one death going into that last dungeon. I also want my damn key back. I cant even do the 7 key now because theres no guarantee that it will be working
Can confirm, having the same issue. Hopefully they fix this sometime today before multiple people lose their minds.

compensation as in giving the key back/loot if it was going to be timed (even if it wasnt going to be timed loot still drops) and io upgraded absolutely agree

lol if everyone here is in a seperate group thats 13 groups of 5 who have encountered this bug so what 65 people almost nearing 100 who got screwed out of a key/io/loot/ and most importantly their time

M+ 15 we had 12 mins left after 3rd boss down. the gate to the last boss not opening. I gave up my KSM achievement… WTF
Was doing my slime serpent run solo heroic and this happened to me too

Willing to bet this has something to do with when the hotfix for renown farming in Plaguefall was applied. Sucks that they don’t have some kind of internal environment where they can assure the quality of these changes before going live.
