Put em in an instance and watch them crash to 10g a stack. Botting and especially Blizzard has messed up this games economy so much and now the best solution to being able to get consumes is let the cheaters get away with cheating. TBC is going to be WAY worse.

I have a crazy idea: How about you out-compete those willing to put in the time/resources to farm herbs instead of complaining that another’s hard work favors the hard worker?

Not really. Few potions and food buffs maybe but flasks will be dirt cheap. Especially during t5/6.
Tbc doesn’t use the same amount of consumables as classic and I do believe a lot of them can be farmed inside instances or even bought with rep items.
I as a multiboxer have no problem out competing people in the open world, perhaps you should as well. Peasant.

I say this to myself a lot
Farming plaguebloom in the plaguelands is about 0.03% of the game. It’s a shame that 0.03% is not fun. Thank goodness the other 99.97% of the game is more fun.
A stack is 20, right? So you are saying plaguebloom sells for 3.5g each on your server. To me 3.5 gold doesn’t seem unusually high. Not for something you have to be level 55-60 (and 285 in a profession) to farm.
And each node you gather gives you 2 or 3 of them, which is 7 to 10 gold on your server. No wonder there is so much competition on this server! That’s a lot easier than boosting dungeons.

You may average 2 per node, many give singles. This price makes a mongoose pot 10g and a mageblood 8g… That is unreasonable.

Thats why I play on a PvP world.
I just kill them.
the lvl 35’s that log, pick/mine, and log back off? There are dozens, if not hundreds of bots you never see unless you are absolutely at the right place at the right time.
So why don’t you do the same? Watch some Netflix and relax while waiting for a spawn
