1650 mmr. we win a game. next game 1600 mmr???

Remember you can’t see your own MMR, only your team’s average.
The MMR you see is a team average. It is not your MMR.
It is the MMR of the team the system thinks you belong in, tho.

Your teams mmr went down, not yours.
Not exactly, You were on a new team, and the teams average was different from the last team.
Team average will be different every game, and go up and down independently from your CR.
