Pixelated graphics

I’m having an issue with graphics being pixelated lately. It’s been happening with things like fire and enchants. Pretty much anything that starts to glow looks pixelated. Anyone having this issue or know the fix?

I play at 1440p 144fps (More like 80-100fps) with a 8700k/RTX 3080. Graphic drivers are updated.

Someone over on Tech Support mentioned that the new 470-series drivers fixed that kind of issue for them, along with the well-documented flickering under DX12. But there’s been other mentions that it may not work properly unless you’re also running 21H1 and at least the KB50003637 cumulative update.
