So I’m having a similar yet sort of opposite problem on our server. I’ve been wanting to do more mythic keystones but there are only PUGs for 0s and then 15s, with very, very few groups in between. I’m finding it near impossible to work my way up past 2 and I think once I found a 4 just because there are no groups even running them.
I know this is a typical snobbish response and I genuinely don’t mean it that way but have you tried progressing your own key? It seems to me there’s surely other people experiencing the same issue.
That’s actually not a bad idea. It would only be one key at a time but at least we’d get somewhere.
Maybe alliance is just smarter and realized how counter productive pugging is. It’s 2021, Join a guild or community
Yeah but sometimes guild groups need to pug to fill it out if not enough people are on.
I mean I just got my KSC on tuesday via pugging and I am 9/10 H CN via pugging.
imagine if crossrealm group finder didn’t exist.
I find your story hard to believe due to this glaring oversight.
We really need some aesthetically unqiue races.
Humans, Gnomes, and Dwarves all sort of fall under the same look, and it’s somewhat shot us in the foot.
Orcs, Goblins, and Trolls kind of fall under a similar thing, but they’re not literally different “sizes” of humans aesthetically so it’s a wee bit more interesting.
I think that’s why us getting Mechagnomes in the state we got them when the Horde got Vulpera at the exact same time stung. I don’t think anybody would have cared as much if the gnomes were fully mechanical, but they fell back to “short human” again - but… with cyborg parts.
Races won’t help with our issues with competitive content - we’re trying to form an RBG team right now to push 2400 on Alliance, and the pickings are freakishly slim compared to Horde even with Human/Velf/Nelf racials - but giving us some unique stuff going forwards, while sadly giving Horde a bit of our treatment, may help with the more casual playerbase wanting to make more Alliance characters.
Jinyu vs Gilgoblins being a major one I’d like to see that evens things out a bit.
Alliance could also desperately use something like the High… Arrakoa, Naga, Sethrak, and even Mogu.
There’s a lot of potential in the Alliance. We’re the power metal faction.
I just wish they’d stop watering down how vicious we used to be, and can be still.
My Alliance W/L rate is 34/66
My hordie ratio is 78/22
Alliance is fine, and everything is fine!

I envy you lol. I can get the horde that messes up flowers in ashran. Ive seen alliance come in take out the flower pickers like it was cool.
Impressive take down really. Went down hill after that…
Horde I tend to see better normal BG’s. They get that the one Bg BS, LM and farm wins. Take your 3 hold them well.
YOu whittle down alliance when they overtend and come to you. then late in the match is when you see that 4 objective run ups to close it faster lol.
The Horde is waiting for you.
This. The faction imbalance right now is not a joke. Addressing it should be a top priority for any sensible video game companies.
For devs and especially for horde players who love to make fun of the alliance, yes it is a joke and very good.
The Alliance is the team that always reaches the final of the championship in a grandiose way and loses the competition in a melancholy way.
Alliance being more powerful in the lore has no consequences for the horde.
The Horde represents Hogan’s Heros and the alliance is Corenel Klink.
There is nothing that can be done to instill a sense of participation in the ally, when it is much easier, and less vexing, to do so in the horde.
Blizzard has no idea how to arouse faction pride in the alliance as they have no need for it, as it does not affect Blizzard negatively. At the end of the end, all of the company’s metrics are being reached.
The alliance has no charisma in the current format.
And there is no desire to do anything about it.
Have Mercy.
The Alliance is dead! Long live the Astartes!
You win in Lore, you lose game-wise.
Can’t win both.
Zug Zug.
If the Alliance guilds aren’t letting you join, why do you think Horde guilds would?
I mean, there being 3-5x as many Horde guilds is a good start.
But are those guilds actually thirsting for members so badly that they’d take Alliance washouts? And if they’re so desperate to take on players who couldn’t get into a guild on Alliance, are they really in a position to do the bleeding edge content that so many Alliance players swear they’d be doing if they could just get into a guild?
I blame the devs. None of them play Alliance.
