Pistachio pudding by far, but there’s a certain recipe that simply amazing - my buddy’s mom made it for us as kids back in the 80s.

Cool whip and marshmallows, yes… but no fruit… and had a graham cracker crust or something like that… I found it Googling, or something at least very similar to what I remember.

Hmm,that’s hard ,I 'll say pudding but if it’s hot outside, the ice cream.

darn. my mom has always made the one i described, we always have just called it “green stuff”. such a good dessert

I generally prefer pistachio pudding to ice cream, but what beats both of them is pistachio creme brulee.

I had the absolute best pistachio ice cream when I went to Tenerife. Pretty much every meal I had there was amazing.

My wife buys Spumoni Ice Cream and I get to it first and eat all the green. Love Pistachio ice cream. Powerless to resist and she knows it.
