No? That was mostly contained to Kul Tiras, a tiny section of Vol’dun, and Island Expeditions.

Freehold was cringy.
Didn’t like the vol’dun are either, it just felt so unrelated to the story.

Literally if it had been pirate themed, the xpac would have been 30% better than it was. BfA was IDK WTF I’m doing themed

Yea… I dunno. I mean Freehold sure. Other than that I don’t really recall seeing pirates anywhere else. Maybe in some of the island expos? I can’t even recall.
There’s an area in vol’dun too, also the whole area in tiragarde sound, transmogs
I dislike a lot about BFA, but the small little pirate subplot wasn’t one of the reasons.
