Pirate hat from Kul Tiras quest is stuck on my character. How do you take it off??
Is it the whole outfit you get from going to Kul Tiras, and taking over the pirate town? Is it a buff that you can right-click dismiss?

Right click on the pirate hat picture to the upper right of your screen. To the left of your minimap. If it is not something you are wearing, it is probably a buff that you can remove.
