Please make the NPC not killable by someone hostile with Booty Bay.

Can confirm, someone keeps killing him . Its bad enough everyone is all packed into one space and hard to see him on top of it all.
No one can get it done. Someone is just killing the needed npc for funsies.

Same on Area 52. People are grieffing the NPC Kelsey Yance as soon as he spawns, insta death and no one can progress through the quest line.
