So if you already got your two caches with gear, outside the shard thing for crafted gear this thing is useless. So why even do the weekly quest if you already did two others that gave you gear. Might as well skip it and let catch-up reward you with the shard you missed.
Are you asking or stating? Cause it seems like if you already got gear from the two others, the weekly would be purely for rep.

The delve keys from the first four are more relevant than the two veteran pieces, and why not? Usually, it gives a decent amount of currency for what you’ve probably done anyway.
When it gives the 6 world quest ones, you can knock out two boxes at the same time by overlapping it with the 5 world quests in the Nerubian Zone + a dragon race.
When it gives the titan fragments one, just do literally any end game activity and you’ll finish it by accident.
We barely have to go out of our way to do it.
