Pilgrim's bounty in dornogal

Isn’t it a little weird setting up feast tables in a town full of people who don’t eat standard food like that? there should be a special table for earthens with stuff like Ruby “cranberry” sauce, topaz “turkey” legs, peridot pie…

(could even add an achievement next year… “Had to try it.” - tried to eat from the earthen table as a non-earthen character. debuffs you with the chipped tooth debuff you get from trying to eat the ancient candy from the big dig  )

We helped them in a time of need. They’re thankful for that and honoring our traditions for us. I don’t see the issue.

They used to host the Arathi, and rarely other outsiders.

It’s why they have beds and inns when we get there. And non-Earthen food.

They don’t use those themselves.

Earthen can sleep standing up lmao.

I mean, we’re still there, and since it apparently takes time to travel to and from the island, we’re kinda just living there for right now?

Like how y’all had vendors in the Shadowlands, cause otherwise you’re just eating soul stuff or worse… decayed undead corpse meat in Maldraxxus.

Good hosts supply things people want, not just things they want

I love how we as a community are perfectly okay with things like space aliens, time travel to alternate realities, magic, returning from the dead, and a slew of other things, but then we’re like

Whoa, for real? Setting up tables of food in Dornogal? Kinda seems a little too fantastical doesn’t it?

Can the dead eat? As in the Undead? Like, Brill?

Pilgrims Bounty has been hosted there, how long now?

But yeah:

its not that it’s too fantastical, or anything like that. but there should be something for the earthens too! it’d be like going to a vegetarian’s house and they make you a steak, but don’t make any food for themselves. a lot of the earthen seem pretty interested in getting out of their bubble and learning about us (there’s an earthen in the stormwind library who is sitting with the children listening to stories, just because it’s something new and interesting for him).

Technically? Yes, the problem with undead is that they have no tastebuds…

It’s not that they can’t really eat, it’s just that only their sense of texture still works and everything tastes like rot.

It’s for the flesh bag heroes.
