what do they support besides their ill conceived notion and implementation of e-sports.
i think bard would be a great add. they could use melodies to heal, range dps, and buff.

Priests have had divine hymn and the other one that gave mana for a long time. A hymn is music if im not mistaken.
Emo hunter I guess.
Dark Ranger. I think it’d be cool to have another class that can use ranged weapons.
I think it’d be a lot of fun to play a class like that if done well, I just don’t think Blizzard would do it.
Even trying to get buffs back as a Paladin is like 2 steps forward 2 step back. We got auras back, but then lost Blessing of Kings/Wisdom(which was Ret only before anyway) and our selection of auras is just stuff that used to be passives.
I don’t even have proper Retribution Aura anymore. It’s just some stupid thing where I get a buff if somebody within the radius dies.
Blizzard doesn’t seem to want buffing to be a thing outside of a few token abilities.
Tinker of course.
That’s the power of the Light manifesting as music, not music manifesting as magic. The Warrior has a lot of scream-based abilities too - that doesn’t mean Death Metal Bard is suddenly a realistic option either.
The closest thing to an all out, no quibbles Bard is this guy -
One single (dead) NPC. That’s not grounds for building a whole class - it’s not even grounds for doofy class combinations.
Technology is an established power. The Rangers of Quel’thalas are an established power. Necromancy is an established power. Music? Music is at best an expression of other powers, or isolated gimmicks like Piccolo-boy here. In terms of class material… it really isn’t.
To be fair there was a time when Monk Chi wasn’t an established magic either, and then we discovered a new land full of people that taught us such magic.
Something not previously existing in Warcraft has literally never stopped Blizzard before. There’s very little reason it should stop them here.
Dark Ranger, mainly because we desperately need a new ranged class.
Bard! for sure.
Space Cowboy
Tinker.
If Dark Rangers came out, I bet the Alliance mirror would have to be Wardens. That’s a lot of work, Tinker would be much simpler, in theory.
Plus, the idea of playing a class centered on the ridiculousness that is engineering is a fun idea.
I have always thought Bard was the most boring and uninspired idea for WoW’s setting.
Bard for me. Guitars and fiddles like whoa.
Except their own penchant for the path of least resistance.
– was an entire expansion of effort. Like I already said -
It would take an extremely specific, expansive, and monumental effort to make Bard happen and not seem out of place. That is a lot of work for something that doesn’t already have a massive and WarCraft relevant fan-base.
Monks were drawn from Mists of Pandaria, which was drawn out of the Pandaren, who were so insanely popular they overcame the fact that they were introduced as a joke race to become a reality. That’s the level of fandom it took to make that happen. That doesn’t include the brownie points Blizzard would score with their Chinese market for such a theme.
Monks were a result of a perfect storm both internally within franchise and externally to the business. That was the only reason why they really happened.
Bards? … bards don’t really have any of that, would need all of that not to come off as half-baked and slapdash, and that’s why they’re basically a non-starter. Why should Blizzard invest all the time and effort and money into making Bards a thing, when they could take a thing that’s already a thing and make a class out of that?
That’s the argument you have to satisfy, and do so with so much effectiveness it overcomes the arguments for any other options.
Tinker, full stop. The others would be alright, though I can’t really see anything other than night elf or blood elf being Dark Rangers… and we don’t really need another case of that.
Ideally, the racial setup for Tinkers would be as such:
Horde: Goblin, Mag’har Orc, Forsaken, Nightborne, Blood Elf
Alliance: Gnome, Mechagnome, Draenei, Lightforged Draenei, Dwarf, Dark Iron
MAYBE on Void Elves and Humans but they haven’t really shown any especially technological leanings.

Nah, they’d spin it that the Night elf Dark Rangers raised at Darkshore rejoined the Alliance and trained others in their ways.
Don’t give them ideas, you fool!
as long as one of the specs can use glaives and trolls can be this then im down. i want shadowhunters
