I love Pandaran. With Nui as a prime example of peak Pandaran, I NEED to have one!
But I greatly dislike the male Pandaran wobbly and drunken run animation. I figured maybe I can learn to accept it with some backstory to it, other than the generic always drunk thing. I asked ChatGPT to help me out with it as I was running on empty;
- Pandaren Mage - Jin the Balanced:
Jin was once a promising young mage, eager to explore the arcane mysteries of Azeroth. However, during an intense magical experiment, Jin was caught in a powerful explosion that left him with a lingering imbalance in his magical aura. As a result, his movements became unsteady and his gait slightly wobbly. Despite this physical setback, Jin has learned to channel his magic with precision, compensating for his unstable footing with remarkable spellcasting abilities. Each step he takes reminds him of the dangers of unchecked power and the importance of maintaining balance in all things. - Pandaren Hunter - Chen the Resilient:
Chen grew up in the tranquil forests of Pandaria, where he honed his skills as a master archer and tracker. However, his peaceful life was shattered when a fierce beast attacked his village, leaving him with a permanent limp. Undeterred by his injury, Chen adapted his hunting techniques, developing a unique style that relies on his resilience and resourcefulness. Despite his uneven stride, Chen remains a formidable hunter, using his knowledge of the wilderness and his trusty bow to overcome any challenge. Each step he takes serves as a reminder of his determination to protect his homeland and his unwavering resolve in the face of adversity. - Pandaren Shadow Priest - Li the Shadowbound:
Li was once a devoted disciple of the Light, serving as a priest in his village’s temple. However, his faith was shattered when he delved too deeply into the forbidden mysteries of shadow magic. Consumed by the darkness he sought to control, Li’s connection to the Light was severed, leaving him with a lingering sense of disorientation and instability. Despite his inner turmoil, Li continues to wield the powers of shadow, using his newfound abilities to combat the forces of evil. Each step he takes reminds him of the thin line between light and darkness and the sacrifices he made in his quest for power. - Pandaren Death Knight - Kairo the Undying:
Kairo was once a proud warrior, sworn to defend his homeland from any threat. However, his bravery led him to the front lines of the war against the Scourge, where he met his untimely demise. Resurrected as a Death Knight by the Lich King’s dark magic, Kairo now walks the line between life and death, his movements infused with an otherworldly grace. Despite his spectral presence, Kairo remains a fearsome warrior, wielding his runeblade with deadly precision. Each step he takes serves as a reminder of his eternal quest for vengeance against those who wronged him.
Names are obviously just random genned for now. Which do you think is best fitting?
