stuck on photosensitivity screen…?
Did this ever resolve or did you get any answers? Mine is doing this today. I’ve been playing for a long time with no issues and then today, this.
Mine is doing this too! I haven’t played in months and was excited to get back in but now I’m stuck 
I’ve updated my graphics drivers since I saw that as a possible solution but didn’t work.

Any updates on this one? I’m getting it as well now even with drivers updates.
Having same issue. I click to exit the screen and the game goes Non Responsive.
I have this too, I’ve repaired, reinstalled, check firewall settings, nothing works.
I fixed mine! Apparently at some point when switching around HDMI cables I inadvertently plugged my monitor into my motherboard instead of GPU. I guess the MB graphics can’t handle what comes next. I hope this works for others. I went down sooo many rabbit holes before stumbling on this on my own while investigating my MB so I could update BIOS (which I never did, wasn’t needed).

Thank you, I have been trouble shooting this for 2 days straight for WoW and Diablo 4. I feel like an idiot! I’ve been talking to the Techs everything. I did even think to check that. Thank you and great thinking.
