Who we are:
Phoenix is a CE focused raiding team with a community-focused environment that welcomes and and all members to join! We accept social members as well as those wishing to trial for the raid team.
Enjoying the people you play with is pivotal to a good progression mindset. I’m a big believer in the 10% “I’m having fun” DPS Boost, so providing an environment that people can enjoy is a big part of what we do.
What we’re doing:
We will be offering trials in every role in Season 4, while we work diligently to make our roster as strong as possible going into 11.0.
In Season 4 our schedule will be 1 day:
Thursdays, 9-12pm EST.
TWW will add the same time slot on Tuesdays.
This will allow us to offer trials weekly to interested members. Also worth noting, with TWW bringing X-realm guilds, there will be no requirement to transfer servers in S4 to join the guild, although you may do so if you wish. We have an in-game community set up if you wish to join that in the meantime.
Our Expectations:
As a raider in Phoenix, you will be expected to maintain a progression mindset and attitude. This means keeping up with the gearing curve, preparation on an individual level for raid nights, and consistent attendance. (Life happens, we understand this.)
We do not require any alts or offspecs, but flexibility is always appreciated and helpful.
