The game is in a state of literally unplayable mess right now.
Players such as I struggle to get into a party as Phasing will completely freeze the UI/Game and let you do virtually nothing in game.
Ontop of this the phasing issues, there is also the constant DCing.
You might try posting in Tech Support for some help.

Looks like I can no longer queue into arena now as it just stuck at infinite loading screen. (3 times now)
It was working just fine yesterday.
Same for mi, I have tried to completely reinstall the game and it surprised me that it didn’t work.
I have no idea how to formulate it to the support so they know what the problem is.
