Hello,
Not sure if this is a bug, or simple user error, but I cannot join groups for world quests in dragonflight. When I do, I am phased. I have confirmed with a few different groups that we all have War Mode set to ON. However, I still cannot see them.
When I hover over the blue circle next to their name (the Phased Icon), it says something to the effect of "…they can join your phase by visiting a sanctuary such as Oribos. I’m not entirely sure why old-world content would affect the expansion phasing?
Am I missing something? Hopefully I can get some feedback. Thanks!

idk how to permanently fix it, but flying to valdrakken and flying back fixes it. massively annoying
Also can reset it with nearest dungeon, just zone in and out 
I’m having phasing issues as well but it’s more phasing when I’m mid-fight with an NPC and they’ll disappear. I’ll come to a mining node or herbalism spot and it’ll also phase out.

I had the same problem yesterday when a guild mate wanted to help me out in the Obsidian Citadel area I was doing a quest in. We could join but could not see each other.
We even did that sync function that is offered on our quest logs, but that failed spectacularly. He was just a couple of levels higher than me, had completed that quest, but the syncing failed.
I think Bliz forgot about that syncing option for folks to get help from others who have completed that quest or were at a different portion of that quest. In BfA and Shadowlands it worked great…but seems it has failed to progress into DF.
We had this issue with people trying to do the Wild Arcana quest line. Flying into Camp Antonidas’ inn nearby fixed it.
Trying to do the Key of loyalty world quest and i can’t phase in. I try many group and got kick each time because of it,
I even made my own group and i still cannot see anyone once they join.
Same thing. I cant phase in with any groups. Cant do group/worl pvp/ world quest and anything in the outside world.
I cant even open a ticket for this has its not a choice in the Character problem panel and theres no My issue is not listed there.

Yesterday, my husband and I both put war-mode on and partied together to go do a world quest. My husband queued us up and we joined a goup and I was in the same party as my husband. The mob we needed spawned on my husband’s pc, I was watching him fight it. It did not spawn on my screen and I could see my husband’s char but he was not fighting … I did not get credit but he did. Definitely a phasing issue.
