So far I’ve noticed the Zoram Strand is phasing badly, I can see both naga and statuettes sparkling on the beach, but upon landing they all phase out. The same is occuring as I try and turn in the Perenolde Tiara in stormwind, they just disappear as I approach. Whats going on here? And can it be fixed?
what level is the character?
if 50+, have you spoken to Zidormi to go back in time?
have you got any expansion starter quests in your log?
if so, complete them

I’ve spoken to Zidormi, in both versions of darkshore the Zoram Strand lies empty. 
As for the tiara, I’ve probably still got initial Starter quests to go, so I’ll tale a look at those…

another thought for the Darkshore thing, is you may need to do the “On Whispered Winds” quest chain to get Darkshore into a playable phase.
see if a bird flies up to you when you go to Boralus
(this will require having done at least the intro quests in Boralus)

in case anyone is still dealing with this and comes here like i did… there is still a weird phasing issue. try heading out into the water and see if the crystals suddenly phase in. you wont be able to approach them without phasing out again HOWEVER you can have a friend aggro the lieutenant and bring them to you in the water.
