Nordrassil, Shadowlands, Ardenweald. Cannot pickup the Dragon Plume from nests in Glitterfall Heights. Cannot complete World Quest: Mining Ligneous Phaedrum. Need 10, mined 9, the other phased out cannot mine a 10th to complete. The quests are in the same location the quests are nearly above each other. Thank you
