The level cap is only 25. Why do they want the phase to last 8 weeks. I feel like they need to cut back on the time each phase lasts or at least scale it based on the level bracket

Late January is probably decent time for p2 but still seems a little fast.
Rushing phases kinda defeats the purpose of lvl gating and having low level raids, pvp, and metas

Pretty sure most people are just raid logging now.
There is just nothing to do other then BFD right now if you don’t want an army of alts.
Quest gold means I don’t even have to farm much like I planned, got enough gold for both my characters mounts already.
Level 40 has even more quest zones to finish for that sweet moolah and we will still have another phase to make money before the epic mount gold sink.
I expect a large number of people will just be dungeon grinding to 40 before backtracking a bunch of quests for the monies.
And mounts are only 36 gold now lol

Well, take a break and come back later this month (or early next month, whenever they decide).
I only raid on one character and my other characters are just puggers and I’m still having a blast. But then again, I don’t consider end game to be the only part of the game.
We are literally asking for end game to be pushed back so we can enjoy the non-end game activities again……and you are saying all we want to play is end game?

This isn’t an issue for people who play the game to enjoy it, rather than sweating through all the content in 2 days.

If they sped it up, how many people would not be able to play?
I just got to level 20. If it was sped up, i wouldnt have even bothered. Sometimes people need to slow down, take a step back and realize that just because they have no life does not mean everything revolves around them.

I’ve been leveling a pally and there is not a lot of people around. Its actually kind of crazy how much the pop seems to have dipped already.

Because people here acting like 1 button rotations and missing 2/3 of your tool kit is where the fun is at.
40 I could understand a longer time for a phase, but 1-25? The world wasn’t designed for it, and you can tell.

It might be interesting if you listed out the things you do to pass your time, and why you feel you’re bored with what you’re doing.
I’m having an absolutely blast. I could play this as it is for quite a long time to come, but it does seem that some people are looking at Classic as a lobby-game where instanced raiding is the main content. Which of course, if that’s one’s mindset, they wouldn’t have much to do.
To me, that seems like going to an amusement park, standing in line and buying a ticket, then being like, “OK, I bought the ticket. Give me the next line to stand in to buy a ticket.” rather than enjoying all the rides…

I’ve progressed super slowly, I even started late and I’m still done with this phase, not only I raid log…I skip lockouts. Also level 25 meta isn’t that great and causes lots of issues, level 40 will be a much better cap.

I blasted through the content and am currently raid logging but man I hope the next phase doesn’t come out until February.
There is only so much blasting I can do before I need a break, even if blasting through it is fun.
I don’t think it’s been too long, still having fun on both my characters. I do wish they would announce Phase 2 tho, got vacation time from work to use!!
