Why are my wife and I character’s phased apart? We logged out last night in a group, having performed the exact same quests in blue-angel territory (Bastion, I guess?). Logged in tonight and now we’re in separate phases. Can’t see each other. Can’t help each other

Yea the phasing is honestly the worst it’s ever been. Tried to join groups to do WQ and everyone is phased from each other (all with WM on)…nice MMO when we cant even play together???

Same happened to me. We flew to Oribos and then flew back to Basion and we were not phased after that.
I came here to post the same exact issue. My husband and I played together just fine last night. We logged out in Bastion and when we logged in today we were in separate phases. Dropping/regrouping and using “party sync” didn’t fix the issue, but both of us hearthing back to Oribos then flying back to Bastion put us on the same phase again. We were still on Bastion when we afk logged out a little while ago and just logged back in to the same issue again. 
Same basic problem with LFG in Bastion to kill group quest mobs – everyone ends up in different phases and can’t kill the mob.
