I have made two tickets so far about not being able to Phase Dive. I have the Reshi Wraps equipped, I have finished the campaign up until the Raid quest and I have followed the steps given to me by the GMs to possibly fix this issue. Now I am making a Bug Report, instructed by the GMs. Hope someone can fix this issue for me.
This is the Classic Season of Discovery forum. This version of Wow does not have those things.
