Phase Diving quests not working

Hello,

I’ve been trying to interact with phase diving quests and it they don’t seem to work. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone please provide an update on this problem? I don’t see anything on the forums.

Quests forum would be better for questions like this, though a guide from wowhead might help also.
