Just wondering if there’s been any madlads who’ve confirmed if hand of justice is still dropping from general angerforge or has moved to the emperor.
I did a BRD run tonight and it dropped off neither

Moved to emp with a huge boost in drop percentage, like 15% IIRC. Pretty easy to do a lava run and get it.
Should now be on Emperor.
Angerforge now has the force of will.
Update I’ve heard from a few people in game that it is dropping from emp with a higher drop rate happy hunting everyone.
i haven’t seen anyone say that it has dropped from either, after that atlas loot update it still says it drops from Angerforge.
Can’t sya whether or not it still drops off angerforge but I can confirm it does drop off Emp.
