Phase 2 SOD: Turn this dying season around!

A few things that could save this sinking ship that is phase 2 SOD’s hemorrhaging playerbase:

  • Every kill in blood moon event grants 1 AB rep, uncapped to exalted
  • Ashenvale event rep now goes to exalted. Bosses are now level 40.
  • Unban GDKPs… (should’ve been done yesterday)
  • Add 5 to 10% damage reduction to all PvP (to offset the bonus of Runes and damage)
  • Edit: Reduce armor on bosses in Gnomer by 30%

All of these could bring people back to the season, who are currently running for the hills.

What have I missed?

The only thing that needs to be done is a 30% overall damage reduction

Then reduce Gnomer trash and boss health proportionately.

PvE remains the same. Pvp is saved

no1 can get healers to their runs because aggrend made it literally illegal perma ban to pay a healer gold to come to a gnomer run

I even have a few at lvl cap here and there.

Pretty sure the only class I don’t have at cap is monk.

No, rep for doing AB should be higher.

Ashenvale rep stays the same. Grind it like everyone else did.

You missed the fact that you can’t buy gold and make it useful. Do the work like everyone else.

It’s also because healers are so gimped compared to dps that anybody who doesn’t absolutely love healing has switched over. PvP as a healer SUCKS right now; it feels absolutely miserable.

you’re right, it’s not needed if your goal is for the season to collapse, rapidly.

but if you don’t want that to happen, then it is needed. 100%.

I mean, you had a bunch of reasonable solutions, but then you added GDKPs lol.

If people are only playing the game for gold then they are better not playing the game rather than engaging in the toxic behaviour of doing something you don’t enjoy for trivial in-game merit.
