If one of my students handed this in as an assignment I would give them a flat F. It shows a complete lack of creativity, time investment, and research. They didn’t even read the assignment.

The event is fine, You get a group of 5 and just go and pvp without rules, rewards are cool and cheap they won’t take a miserable grinding time like instanced pvp does.

That’s what the original definition of what FFA means, playing alone. This is what Blizzard sold us on for the PvP event, they said it was FFA and that was a lie. They also said there would be “consequences” for people grouping which also was a lie.

They seem to be leaning hard into the community/grouping thing with other decisions they’ve made so this kinda doesn’t surprise me.
That said, for me, the event is still fun.
Just could be even better with actual FFA.
But I’ll take this over pvp cosplay events like Trashenvale any day.

If anyone thinks this event is good, you have no clue what good pvp is. Most people are just kill ANYONE debuff or not, which means they gain NOTHING. Overtuned classes are DOMINATING the event left and right. I main a mage and we’re literally USELESS. Making the whole event Free For All (FFA) was a terrible decision. Maybe allow a certain area, oh idk maybe the Gurubashi Arena to stay FFA and provide more blood, that would’ve been good.
This event should’ve been a tower capture event Horde vs Alliance. Could make it like Terokkar Forest in TBC, but with a longer cap time that get’s faster the closer to the end of the event it get’s. Or it could’ve been like Eastern Plaguelands Towers, constantly being captured and changed.
This event is NOT enjoyable in it’s current state and will continue to lose people if things are not changed ASAP.

Hate it getting ganked in town trying to do a quest really annoying if i wanted to pvp id not be in town. Should be a safe zone in town.
