again its not , because most of the players are 60 and isntead of raiding theres nothing else to do. Now you can pvp and get yourself geared up , If you cant pvp go to a pve realm where the snowflakes are or stay in PvP realm and get camped!
wtf they said Phase 2 gonna get released in 1-2 weeks now…. but what About layering? did they lie again? do we get several world bosses now?!
layering will be gone , theres only 3 realms left for NA with layers. We will get the world bosses and PvP system

im playing on shazzrah eu one of the biggest eu Servers and there is no way they can remove layering in 2 weeks….
so seems like blizz lied again and we gonna get world bosses together with layering… -.-

It doesn’t really matter when they release it, someone is going to think it’s too early or too late. It’s honestly fine but I am interested to see what is going to happen on the layered servers.

The no lifers have been playing on private servers for years. You don’t know anything.
I have a real job and a family. 3.5 hours is 90% of my home time.
It’s kind of a tough one, ultimately there’s never going to be a release date that will ensure every player is happy.
At the end of the day Blizzard is the only one with access to accurate statistics to make a conclusion as to whether or not most people are 60, and I’m sure they based the decision around this fact.
I do empathise with you though, I’ve been taking my time and reliving the experience, getting distracted by things, dipping toes into multiple professions, going out of my way in an inefficient manner to pursue quest chains, jumping into random groups with people and helping them out even though it’s of little benefit to my own levelling progression etc.
Had I solely focused on levelling would I be at 60 and geared given my played time? Absolutely. Without a doubt. However, I wouldn’t have had as much fun as I’ve had so far.
I think for me the issue isn’t the date at all, I think it’s just the short notice. If it was up to me give the player base a month or two knowing when exactly it’s releasing. That way at least people have enough time to adjust what they’re doing to meet different goals…or not adjust at all! At least it would have been up to them.

I’d love to see stats. I’m close to 59 and I feel pretty behind because the last 10 levels just felt like a slog. I felt good through the 40s but my playtime hasn’t been the greatest these last few weeks.

Well at this point since DM was already released phase 2 is only going to have world dragons on the honor system. World dragons will have limited appeal as they’re just going to be camped by guilds and many people won’t even see them and the honor system without BG’s will only really appeal to people on pvp realms.
If they were releasing BG’s in phase 2 there would be less people asking for phase 3.
6 moths per phase? where was that said? and no, 2 and a half months for a phase that only had onyxia and mc is about right.
