I cannot buy the Magmammoth Harness from Yries Lightfingers with Netherforged Lavaproof Boots and Sturdy Obsidian Glasses because the vendors that sell those items are no longer offering them. I purchased them and bought the Harness in 2022 and completed the Grand Theft mammoth achievement, not realizing it was needed for other achievements at the time, I deleted it.
