I’m wondering if I can farm those from non-bountiful Delve chests.
I currently have 3 max level characters, and I couldn’t confirm if I could get them from other types of chest, as I eventually run out of Bountiful delves to do.
Yes, they can drop when it is not bountiful. Although in that case I only got them in the nemesis chest. So your delve needs to be high enough to spawn that. (But tbh that could’ve been just rng as well)

Yep! After a few attempts I got some without the bountiful one, and wasn’t even the nemesis chest.
I suppose the Grudge Pit is a good Delve to farm because while most of the stories there are multi-stage, it’s very easy to grab all curios without losing much time, and they can drop those roots.
Another question I’d have is if the leveling 1-3 Delves can drop them too, because if they do, I may just spam them to level my alts.
You can also get them from the curio bags, so be sure to grab all of those while you spam them. I average 3-5 per Delve at a minimum.
