Using the word “petition” in a post title is likely to get you in trouble, you might want to change that.
I have no problem with the font and my eyesight is lousy. Can’t…see…the issue myself.
Probably not even Blizzard maintaining the website. Wouldn’t be surprised if they outsource web dev to some other company, it’s fairly common.
Might be in-house, but just saying it wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t.

im on PC, refreshed tons of pages

Highly doubt the dev team had anything to do with it.
It looks the same to me. I never use pc for chat. I use my phone.
