As title suggests… I feel Blizz should just remove this spell in cata… People do not use it as it is intended. People 99% of the time just use it to troll and there’s nothing you can do about it. Maybe just get rid of it while we can

Yeah that one time, at the end of the expansion, on heroic difficulty you need leap of faith.
Oh and the billion or so different scenarios in pvp where you need it.

No. This is an important tool for priests to use and an amazingly fun ability, the fact that it sometimes gets used to troll people occasionally is a bad reason to remove it.

Its name never really made sense. A leap of faith is when you bravely take an action with no guarantee of a safe result. Someone else moving you by force is the literal exact opposite of that.

Why? Trolling is hilarious sometimes.
Nobody’s ever used Levitate on you right before Anub in Old Kingdom so you could float into the two big mobs at the bottom?
Slowfall/levitate and yeet them into oblivion. Edit to add: Combine it with stampeding roar for faster launches.
PS don’t forget to slowfall/levitate your friends in Throne of the Four Winds just as they hit the wind bridge to jump over

Question.
If an allied priest uses Leap of Faith at the same time an enemy DK uses Death Grip…does the poor SoB in the middle just get ripped apart? (Or, more likely, do they get DCed because the game thinks they’re fly-hacking/teleporting due to coordinate changes being too radical).
