The new blood talons is essentially a throttle on our rotation, that will only get worse with gear.
Currently during berserk, you either have to overcap combo points to meet the 3 unique builder requirement, or fire off finishers at 4 combo points, rather than five.
This is mainly prevalent during berserk windows (which feels awful, and clunky, when we should be feeling our strongest)
The real problem however, is as our gear gets better moving forward, and our critical strike rating improves through shadowlands, this problem will only become more obvious and occurrent.
